PureLock ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

We collect your email address for authentication purposes. We store your streak data, check-in history, and blocking preferences to provide the core functionality of the app. We do not collect your browsing history or the specific content you view.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to operate the app — tracking your streak, managing your blocking settings, and sending you push notifications if enabled. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider with enterprise-grade security and encryption at rest and in transit.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Push Notifications

If enabled, we may send you daily check-in reminders and motivational messages. You can disable these at any time in the app Settings or in your device notification settings.

Network-Level Blocking

On Android, PureLock uses a local VPN service to redirect DNS queries. This VPN does not log, monitor, or transmit your internet traffic. All blocking is performed locally on your device.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@purelock.app.

Children's Privacy

PureLock is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
